Reserving my unit space was super easy online. Danielle called me to confirm the unit and explained how to access the facility. Once I arrived Both Maria and Danielle were very friendly and helpful. Maria showed me how to get around the facility and how to access my unit as well. She informed me of the phone app option if I ever wanted to use it. Unit is very clean, elevator access and dolly’s which are a plus. Everything was smooth from start to finish!

Danielle & Maria are wonderful! I was acclimated to the facilities. Danielle coached me thru unlocking the gate & door. Helped me to be comfortable utilizing the storage facilities. A pleasure. 5 stars!

I moved in and the location didn't do a great job removing snow from the back side of the building covering parking spots. The lighting is the biggest problem, as a new customer, while organizing my move in, I had to step outside my unit to trigger the motion sensors so that the lights are applied. The bathroom is not open during after business hours as you need to ask for a key. I saw the front office person very frustrated because he was running late to open the facility, and a customer was asking to use the bathroom, I witnessed rudeness toward the customer. Definitely too much to see for my tasting on move in day.
