Liz was the most help as it was raining on the day of my move-in. She helped with an elevator issue and also checked with me to see if I needed anything before she left for the day. Very helpful and very kind. Definitely an asset to the company.

I have been with cubeSmart for several years and have been very pleased with their customer service. Recently , I had some problems with my payment and they were receptive to working with me. The service has always been pleasant, courteous and there always someone available to speak to at the actual facility during business hours. The location & facility is always clean. I would recommend this location.

It is rare these days to meet someone who is really conscientious about their job. Sarah was excellent! She was very thorough and professional in helping me navigate the rental process. In today's workplace, she is definitely an exception compared to what I have come across at other businesses. Definitely an asset to Cube Smart!
