The gentleman that worked with me (name escapes me of course) but he’s been with company 9 years is usually in Worcester location. But he is 100% the reason I chose CubeSmart. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and dealt with all my questions being new to storage. The world needs more people that care about job and customer experience like this man. 💯 a pro!

Very accommodating with flexible terms. Reasonable rates for vehicle storage. Nice wide rows to easily maneuver vehicle in and out of unit. Managers very friendly and helpful. Love the app for gate access and account management.

Corey and Shae are amazing people. Very helpful on information, where to park, answering questions and even would give me updates on other storage bays should I decide to obtain a second one. Very pleased with CubeSmart and their staff so far.
