Tabitha and Jordan were absolutely amazing to work with at Cube Smart. They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. By the time move in day was over, we felt like old friends. 😁

The process to obtain a unit was not what I expected. The representative I spoke with to inquire about pricing didn’t fully disclose all applicable fees. Due to the nature of my sense of urgency in my situation I needed immediate availability and had to take it due its location. Upon arriving at the location there wasn’t a representative there during there open office hours to assist. I had to do everything online virtually and confirm before I could even see if the unit was actually conducive for my belongings. The facility had only one push loading cart available. Personally believe this was an unpleasant and impersonal and unprofessional experience to have.

Wonderful people and great service! Tabitha and Jordan were such a pleasure to work with. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, helpful, and made me feel completely taken care of. They answered every question, made the process easy, and treated me with genuine respect. You don’t meet people like that every day. I really appreciate them both and highly recommend this CubeSmart location.
