My second time renting here and it was a horrible experience. Preferred previous manager who was the sweetest and most helpful lady Larissa. Was there for less than two years the second time and I had my rent raised twice. When I tried to get a lower rate I was told no. Had to move my stuff to a storage that was 60% less then what I was being charged for the same size. So much happier at new location.

Been renting a couple months now. It's been an excellent experience and as others have said, Stephanie is amazing. She is fair and understanding. I've had so many bad experiences, and I'm happy to say this is the best storage space I've ever rented.

Stephanie is the most amazing manager! I have had units here for 3 1/2 years. She has worked with me at every turn. I am thankful for all her help and kindness. Today I am bringing her a thank you Christmas gift. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to store your treasures this is definitely it!!
