I’ve had a positive experience with this company. Brendan helped me with a swift move in on the hottest day of the year! Luckily the facility besides being clean is comfortably climate control. My unit is spacious and possibly larger than I need but I’m able to get a smaller or larger unit if needed. The company has an almost aggressive customer service. Calls, texts, emails —all to make sure you’re having a Good experience. I’m fine with more rather than less! My only suggestion is to possibly install a bathroom code lock for easy access vs having to bother the staff to open it which I had to do twice when it inadvertently locked. Sorry guys! Or maybe just a key attached to something. Other than this everything is first rate. ### I’m back for my second rental here. Again, top notch customer service. Hands on manager who is on top of things here making it by far the best storage in area. So many of these places just don’t care. These guys do and it’s appreciated.
