I can’t say enough good things about my experience at CubeSmart! Before coming here, I had some pretty rough experiences with another storage facility, so I was honestly hesitant at first. When I called to explain my concerns, Ashley took the time to really listen. She reassured me that things would be different here and walked me through exactly how easy the process of moving into my new unit would be. She was absolutely right, the entire transition was seamless and stress free, just as she promised. The facility itself is spotless, secure, and welcoming, but what truly sets this location apart is the level of customer care. Ashley is an outstanding communicator and goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel comfortable and supported. If you’re looking for a storage facility where you’ll be treated like a valued customer rather than just another unit number, this is the place. Highly recommended!!!!

I went to pick up some things from my storage unit that I rent here. As I was leaving, I tried to enter my code into the gate keypad and it wasn't working. An employee was standing outside and walked over to me. She asked "what unit?" and I answered with my unit number. This seemed like a relevant question because the unit number is part of everyone’s individual gate code. I thought she was trying to help me with the gate, but she just walked off. I immediately tried the code again and the gate opened, so I left. That was the entire conversation. Apparently, from that brief exchange, the employee determined that I had just emptied my unit entirely and was wanting to cancel my subscription. They’d already initiated the cancellation process, based on one employee asking me “what unit?” With no context.

The Lady at this location is very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in and within 5 minutes the issue is resolved. I will recommend this particular location to anyone who is interested in a quality customer service.
