She was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond her regular duties to make sure everything was taken care of. Her knowledge of the business and all the details of the contracts really stood out — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service like hers is rare these days. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Thanks to Keisha I got a unit in a time crunch on moving day! Another storage unit unexpectedly went up on pricing and this one is very affordable , great customer service and very accessible.
