Stacy is soooooo amazing, she has helped me from the beginning she will work with you as long as you work with her. She got me moved from a big unit to a smaller unit she is such a sweetheart. Keep smiling and keep doing whats best great excellent compassionate customer service. I tol my hat off to you lady.

We have been renting since 2022, and our monthly bill went from $150 to $422, without any notices. The latest increase is the last straw, this place is NOT worth the cost. No one is ever available to answer the phone or in the office, there’s hardly ever any carts to assist with moving items. This place is a money trap, and we are looking at changing facilities asap.

Stacy and Caitlyn are phenomenal!! They helped me get settle into my storage unit and helped me with the app. Such professionalism is hard to find. So happy I have them as the customer rep for Public Storage. They rock!
