I would give 0 stars if I could. Thier 3 month half price special is disguised with very shady invoicing. They also sell the 10 x 20 as 2 -10 x 10 so you end up paying a ridiculous price of 40. 00 for 2 locks instead of 1.. After realizing what the non special price would be, consolidating the 2 units into 1 would be the only answer, but we can't just move one unit into the other, we were told We'd have to move both units into another unit not near the 2 we have. This was a bad experience at best and the interaction with the lady staff member about the questionable invoicing she responded with "move" she's rude at best and very quick to get defensive when called out about invoicing.

I needed to move out from another storage business because they kept raising our rent. We found CubeSmart and decided to try them out. When we went to see them about renting a storage unit from them, they showed us our options, the prices for each size, and they even told us how we could save an additional percentage off our storage unit by completing Our rental online. The units are clean, you have easy access, and if you download the app, you can wirelessly open the gate. I’m so glad I found them. CubeSmart is a wonderful place! The employees are friendly, upfront, and I will continue to rent a storage unit from them, that is until I can part with all my extra stuff lol. Seriously, if you need a place to put all the extra stuff you have accumulated, then you can’t go wrong with renting a unit from CubeSmart.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They don't care about customers AT ALL. I laughed when I heard the voicemail saying they got a customer service award. Super rude and cold staff. So, I have a unit and had fraud on my card on THANKSGIVING so my card declined. No way of getting a new card on a holiday. I got a notification that I'm locked out of the unit and have a $25 late fee. I called the very next business day I could even get a new card to update and they won't remove the fee. YEAH FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE! Laughable. So much for holiday cheer. A big thumbs down.
