The facilities are new and nice, easily accessible, and conveniently located. No complaints there. However, they charge hidden fees. In this instance, Rockwell calls the made-up fee an "insurance policy," and, for my unit, it added $180 a year to the advertised cost of the unit. I sent them multiple emails declining the made-up insurance policy, noting that my homeowner's policy covers my personal property stored in the unit, and that, in either instance, I did not want to insure the items stored. They did not respond to any of my five emails. I stated that they were not authorized to charge me the hidden fee (whether they called it insurance or anything else), and that I would only pay for the advertised cost of the unit. They did not respond to any of my emails, and just went ahead and charged me their made-up "insurance" fee. Maybe this is just the cost of doing business these days. "Protection plans," "ticket insurance," and high-rate consumer financing may be where things are heading, but companies should still disclose those hidden fees, and should provide an option to opt out when it is clearly a made-up way for a third-party (or themselves) to make a few extra bucks off of the transaction.

This place has been absolutely wonderful to work with and I've been a customer since July 2021. Very fair pricing and great discounts when available. Suzanne is a very kind, thoughtful, and has been tremendously helpful to me since Day #1. I highly recommend this storage facility, for cleanliness and maximum security! 👍 👍

The assistant manager, Kiersten, was very personable and helped me get the best storage option for my needs! Elevators are spacious and the facility itself is very clean and secure. The prices are reasonable too.
