CubeSmart Self Storage

No one was at the location unfortunately. I called the store and the lady explain she works two locations. She said she can be there in 15 minutes to help me get into my unit. She came within ten minutes and was in my unit in 5 minutes. She was so nice and understanding about my time.

I don’t know what y’all are paying John at the Mobile, Al store but y’all need to double it! I couldn’t have asked for better service experience than I received just 5 short days ago. Helpful doesn’t explain fully but if you’re tired of fighting that awful CubeSmart app and can’t get payments taken care of call John! Call John, call John. He met me within 15 minutes, corrected my info in the CubeSmart system and out the door I went with a smile and my problem taken care of. Thank you John!
