I’m sharing this because I have no luck at this location. I have been here mid day 2 times and no one in the office, I ve come in the mid afternoon, no one in the office I’ve waited 15-30 min to finally get someone now today Sunday Feb 22 I come at 9:55am so I can be here before they open at 10 and it’s now 10:52 and no one is here. This office needs to do better with time management and office hours someone should always be available for customers. I’m upset that now I’m running late for work! Please do better!

I Have A Terrible Experience At This Location On 02/21/2026. Do Not Rent Online Do It At The Front Desk Instead, That Way Somebody Has To Show The Unit That You Ant. Just Reserve On Line And Go There, Then Let Them Show You The Unit That You Really Want. It Looked Me Two Transaction To Get A unit And Still Not The One That I Want Becouse The Lady On Duty That Day Was Not helpful. That Day They Charged Me $88.52 But She Told Me And my Daughter That She Canceled The Transaction And The $88.52 Will be Refund To The Card That I Used That Day . Also My Daughter Was Charged $13.00. On 02/27/2026 IWent Back To Her For Answers About The The $88.52 And She Told Me That I Am Not Getting The Money Back Becouse I Have Unit Open. I Ask Her Why She Told Me That I were Suppose To Get The Refund. I Do Not Know Why She Lied To Me Or Did. I Will Close My Account.
