I want to thank Juanita, Kevin and Nick for being so nice and helpful! I came in last minute to book a storage room and they were amazing. Juanita’s vibe is incredible, very smart and welcoming! Kevin was great, very patiently listening to what I needed and made me feel very comfortable. Nick was great as well, very helpful! I would recommend to everyone!

Went into this storage facility for the first time today and was greeted by Nicholas. I had an excellent experience with this storage facility from start to finish. The property is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure, which gave me peace of mind. The staff was friendly, professional, and was willing to help with any questions. Pricing was fair with no hidden surprises. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable, hassle-free storage ask for Nicholas im sure you will be just as pleased with his stellar customer service and willingness to help.

Not that I ever saw myself as a New Yorker who would keep a storage unit, but finding myself in the position of needing one as our lease ends on our rental apartment and we’re waiting for a closing date for the apartment we’re purchasing - what’s a girl to do? Google search for storage near me and up comes CubeSmart. This location had the best reviews and the most flexible rates since we only (hopefully) need this short term set up. So we reserve online - super easy - then the big snowstorm hit on Feb 1 :-( and we were delayed. And then our building’s elevator went down for a week, and we were further delayed. Finally 2 weeks later we got to the storage facility and were greeted by Juanita. Happily she dropped what she was working on to get us all the info we needed, walk us to our unit and explain the details we’d need to know. After a dragging 2 weeks of waiting and being in moving Limbo, Juanita was making it sound so easy! True story though, it’s now moving day, the hard parts are done and the unit is packed. Juanita again was super helpful making sure we had all we needed for a quick and efficient load in. Facility is clean, spacious, well heated temperature wise. The access is secure, the elevators are spacious. I never thought I’d have strong feelings about storage facilities, but after all of this moving is done, we might end up with a monthly unit because honestly the service and facilities are great.
