I came in looking for a storage room and Tiarea took very good care of my request. I had a lot of questions and need a good storage space. She answered all my questions, gave me a tour and showed me options of rooms, and was thorough in her customer service. She didn’t hide anything just to get a sale, but was extremely informative. I am very satisfied and making a decision.

I’ve rented here three times now, and every experience has been excellent. I have a traveling job, so convenience and good communication are really important to me. The staff has always been extremely helpful in getting my storage unit set up quickly and smoothly. They even followed up with calls to make sure everything was completed correctly and to answer any questions or concerns I had. That level of customer service really stands out. I’ll definitely keep coming back. The staff truly makes the difference!

My experience at this location was great. The staff greeted my daughter and I very kindly, they were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable he took the time to show us the new bin making the transition smooth. Prior to that day, I visited the location to ask a few questions and was helped by Dashly (hope I'm spelling it correctly) she was such a Joy to speak to and she too was very helpful and knowledgeable. Because of her is why I went back to finish my transaction and stay with CubeSmart.
