Cubesmart Self Storage Offsite Location

The keypad to get into the off sight locations is very fickle and doesn't always let you in. The office is semi-responsive to issues but there is no emergency line for if things go wrong outside of business hours. The dollies are not great but they are present and free. The climate is nicely controlled inside the building.

Ok so we have been here for 2 years and the gate has been broken for months. I am paying for security and that can't be done without the gate. Come on Cube Smart, get it right! Ok editing my previous comment and lowering my stars. Gate still not fixed and just got another 5% increase. Really every 6 months there is a 5% increase and THE GATE IS STILL NOT FIXED? What am I paying for!
