Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful on fronts. I never had a bad experience working with them directly. However, my rate per month doubled after the first 6 months, which was not due to the local store, but due to corporate policies. That was frustrating and I ended up moving my stuff to another location. But I wish I could’ve stayed with the people at this location

Teddi and Jeanna were absolutely wonderful! I made an online reservation, which was quick and easy, and when I arrived today, both of them greeted me warmly and guided me through the entire process. They walked me through entry and exit, locating my unit, accessing and locking it, and even pointed out where the restrooms were. I had only planned to stop by to see the unit in person and pick up the keys, but they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered before I left. I walked out feeling completely confident and well taken care of. The lobby was spotless, smelled amazing, and gave a very welcoming first impression. Excellent team and excellent service!
