CubeSmart Self Storage

Jenn was the absolute worse today! When I first came last month the manager Jenn I meet then was not the person I meet today. Customer service was horrible. I came to get something out of my unit and pay my bill but needed to use the bathroom which stays locked. I knocked on the inside door to get help no one answered. I heard them laughing and talking but no answer. I go to the outside door and see the sign for their lunch. Which is ok, it was Jenn’s ( The GM as she stated) attitude towards a new customer who didn’t know not use the inside door. She started yelling at me, told me to take my business elsewhere if I didn’t like it. She did all of this in front of another customer BTW. It was so unwarranted and unprovoked from my end as the customer. I was completely caught off guard by her demeanor and disrespect towards a paying customer. But other than the Manager Jenn needed professional development this place is nice, clean and safe.

I would rate my experience at Cubesmart as good , but because of Jen I rate it as excellent. She is professional, knowledgeable, a great problem solver and above all that, friendly and kind. A good human at a good business turns such business into an excellent one Jen does that for Cubesmart. Domingo....not so much. Thank you Jen for being excellent

I've been a customer here for more than a year & find it to be convenient. The staff, now Jen, has answered any questions & watches over the property in a detailed manner. Recommend this location❗️🌿
