Extra Space Storage

We had a great experience at Extra Space Storage. Juan was incredibly helpful from the start—he took the time to understand what we needed, recommended the right size unit, and explained our options if we ever needed more space. We ended up renting a 10x10, and it was the perfect fit. The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate. We really appreciated the loaner carts, though having a few more available would make things even smoother. Overall, very happy with the service and the space.

Juan provided excellent customer service at the Extra Space Storage located at 342 Woodland Lake Dr in Orlando. He was very kind, patient, and professional, and explained everything clearly. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. Thank you, Juan, for your outstanding service! I highly recommend him to anyone visiting this location.

I currently am renting a unit off east colonial that used to be Life Storage (now is renovating to be Extra Space)and was looking for a new unit due to the price increase notice I received. Extra Space was more within my budget compared to others so I booked a prepaid unit at the Woodland Lake location but did not realize what a multi door unit meant. I went to Extra Space at the Woodland Lake location and Juan was very helpful, very knowledgeable and had amazing customer service. He explained and showed me the unit I prepaid for. I ended up not liking the unit as I felt it may not fit some my belongings as there is a divider in the middle. He showed me other units but unfortunately it just wasn’t in my budget. He then offered a transfer for a unit next to my current unit at the e colonial location that did fit my budget. I was astounded and quite grateful he was able to cancel my prepaid unit and process my unit transfer instead. It was a smooth process and would highly recommend extra space. Kudos to Juan for helping me at the woodland lake location and Jessica for being awesome at the e colonial location. Jessica stated I could return the lock from my new unit as I planned to use the same lock from my old unit to my new one.
