They made the rental process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their customer service truly stood out. I really appreciate their patience and positive attitude. Highly recommend this location!

After a little over a year using this storage facility, I found myself needing to move to a different storage company for several important reasons. Within less than six months, I experienced two increases in my monthly rate. While I understand that adjustments can happen, the frequency of these increases is difficult to justify. In addition, I carry my own insurance policy. During the renewal period of my policy, I was automatically charged for the insurance they offer, even after notifying them that my coverage was active and providing the proper documentation. The charge was added to my monthly rent, and although I requested a reimbursement in writing, I never received a response. Communication is another weak point. Emails are rarely answered. However, if a payment is even one day late, calls to collect are immediate. In that area, follow up is prompt. That said, it is only fair to acknowledge the positives. The facility is very clean, organized, and easily accessible. The property itself is well maintained, and the physical condition of the space is excellent. However, improvements are needed in pricing consistency, administrative processes, and customer communication. Service is not measured only by how clean a facility is, but also by transparency and responsiveness to the customers who trust it.

Pretty new, EXCELLENT employees, clean facilities, friendly renters who help each other out. I spent about 6 months here and always felt safe. Keyless entries are awesome. Highly recommend and would use again if I need to!
