CubeSmart Self Storage

Thanks to Steven, I was able to select a covered storage space for my RV and have it parked in their secure compound within an hour. The facility was well designed and extremely clean. Steven even walked me through downloading setting up an app on my phone that enabled me to access the storage area, set up payment, and even view my payment history. I’m really impressed with the entire experience. Well done.

The unit that I had at another storage facility had done its second price hike in less than six months, and I wasn’t even getting what I was paying for there as the security gate had been wide open for the last few months. I scoured the Internet for a replacement, already frustrated that I had to do this in the first place, right before Christmas, having to move my stuff because someone thought because it was right before Christmas, it probably wouldn’t move because the price increased. I had a criteria of things that I needed, and every single time Cube Smart popped to the top of my list. I made my decision about an hour before midnight because of my frustration with the whole situation; any little hiccup would’ve probably made me try somewhere else. But the process was so simple. I finished it in about 11 minutes, and that was with me reading everything. Yes, I read the terms and conditions. I finished the process at 11:11 PM and when I got up the next a.m. I already had an email from the manager, not a copy-and-paste email; you could tell it had been written. It commented specifically on my unit that he noticed I hadn’t been there yet and an invitation to come by the office and get a tour if I would like. Then I found out that I had an app I could download and open the gate remotely, which was super helpful since my window doesn’t roll down on the driver side right now; everything was clean. The layout of the facility is easy to navigate; my welcome kit was waiting for me. And everything worked like clockwork, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Up until now, I have not had a great experience with any storage unit company, so this is a first time giving a five-star review for a storage unit company. They’re definitely winning in the value category and simplicity category, and so far, so good.

Getting signed up was quick and seamless, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained, and the app is super easy to use, which makes accessing everything so convenient. Overall, such a great experience. Highly recommend!
