I had a really great experience with the team at CubeSmart. From the start, the staff made the whole process easy and stress free. Tammy, Gus, and Meshach were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Meshach especially took the time to answer questions and make sure everything went smoothly. Everyone I interacted with had a great attitude and you could tell they genuinely cared about helping customers. There were also a few other team members whose names I did not catch, but they were just as helpful and welcoming. It made a big difference walking into a place where everyone is willing to help and treat you with respect. Overall it was a really positive experience and the customer service stood out. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for a storage unit and good people to work with.

I would especially like to recognize your employee, Michael, for the outstanding help he provided. Michael went above and beyond in assisting me. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and generous with his time, making sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Because of his exceptional service, I fully intend to do future business with your storage facility. Thank you for employing such a capable and dedicated young man. Not once was I told that I had to be at the office before 6pm to continue my reservation to get my unit. I arrive at the store at 6:01pm. The employees saw me standing outside and just drove off without asking if I needed any assistance. Then I click on the link that was sent to my phone and it showed that my reservation was canceled. Had to figure out how to find an after hours number to call and figure out how to obtain access and get my unit. Thankfully the person that I spoke to was a big help and lead me through the remote process. Then I see that I was charged $20 for a lock when I have my own. I had spent all day moving all my stuff out of Public Storage due to awful experiences. I was hopeful to have a better experience with CubeSmart and it started off bad from jump-start. This is not good customer service. These things should be explained better in the emails you send out and how to do the remote process in the event that you can't make it into the office before they close.
