So Far The Best Storage I’ve Been To I Arrived And My Storage Was Clean And Ready To Move In , Also The Front Desk Clerk Was Very Nice Great Customer Service She Even Went Above And Beyond To Help Us Locate Our Unit Also She Noticed A Chipped Section In Our Latch Which She Informed Us To Be Careful So We Won’t Injure Our Hand And She Also Showed Us Where And How To Load Our Items Conveniently I Live The U-Haul Truck Pull Up Entrance That Make It Easy To Access Without Hauling Up Stairs Also There Are Dollies For You To Use As Well , After Hours My Key Broke Into My Lock And I Couldn’t Lock My Unit But The Following Day I Called And Informed Them And They Jumped Right On It To Get It Fixed I Came Back To Get The New Set Of Keys Right Away And Upon Arrival They Were Fixing My Unit They Replaced The Latch That Had The Chip In It So I Won’t Injure Myself And They Replaced My Lock And Keys For Me OverAll A 5 Star Rating For Me Especially On The Cleanliness And Customer Service Plus How Fast They Fixed What Needed To Be Done I Really Appreciated That

The facility is always clean, temperature controlled, and even has a bathroom on site, which is super convenient. I also want to give a special shoutout to Kendra — she’s always been incredibly helpful and polite. Her customer service truly stands out. Highly recommend!

The facility itself feels very safe and secure, and I really appreciate that the units are temperature controlled, which gives me peace of mind about my belongings.
