Ron G. the general manager at this facility, with only a brief encounter, showed me exemplary skills at his job. Listening skills, communication, problem solving, customer service with a smile, multi-tasking as he had other customers in the office, etc.. Thanks for a pleasant experience for the short time in the office and would recommend storing here for the sheer fact that he is running the show here and will put you, the customer, above all else, period!!! Double down on the stars, 10 Stars!!!

My experience is limited to the rental process, but I was able to reserve a unit online, and was contacted by the manager to see if I had any questions prior to move-in. When I arrived a few days later the young lady working the counter pulled up my record and answered all my questions. I was able to examine the unit before signing anything. The unit was clean and contained an interior light which is very helpful. All in all a good experience so far.

The manager (Ron) at store on Arlington and Van Buren in Riverside was great. He showed me the unit to confirm I was happy with the size I chose. He explained all the contract and options I had.
