When I came in the office to claim my unit. Cindy was more than pleasant and patient with my new rental paperwork. It was initiated my customer service out of state. The representative Jim helped me to under the company's policy and unit specials. His assistance included but not limited to helping me get the correct size unit and the certain unit specials and how the due dates worked. He listened to all my concerns and offered his professional opinion on unit size and insurance and ease of payment. When I got to the site office Cindy was just as patient and reviewed what I was signing and initialing very clearly and with a high level of genuine patient and professionalism. I recommend this company and more over this specific storage site to those who are also seek immediate storage needs and future needs. I intend on using this storage company for my personal and family future needs. Especially with the wonderful and convenient app I enjoy using to access the property.
