We had a great experience opening our storage unit yesterday. From start to finish, the process was quick, and completely stress-free. Kimmy truly made our experience exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. She made sure to take time to clearly explain everything and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s extremely rare these days to encounter customer service that top notch that felt so genuine and attentive. Because of Kimmy, what could have been a tedious task turned into a really positive experience. We left feeling so taken care of and confident we chose the right place. Kimmy was EXTREMELY helpful. She told me everything I need to know about the facility and went over sizes and pricing and made it simple to choose from. I didnt have to ask a single questions because kimmy was already on top of it and telling me everything I needed to know.
