Amazingly painless process. The staff was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. The level of customer service was truly above and beyond. You don’t find this level of customer service any more. The price was better than any other storage within 50 miles, and they give you a free lock. The grounds were neat and clean. Thank you for being awesome.

I've stored at cubesmart before. It was a good experience.. I reserved a unit a second time for a specific date. But they unit became available immediately after payment but I'm not able to access it for another week due to my own timing. Best to communicate with associates over the phone of your plans before paying online.

The office manager Marie, was very friendly/informative, giving us a property tour in a golf cart and showing us the available spaces in our size. Once we chose one, she efficiently explained and processed all the procedures and paperwork. We had our new space and lock within 20 minutes! With their rental special, we ended up getting twice the space of our old storage facility at half the price! Looking forward to moving our stuff into our clean-looking CubeSmart locker.
