My name is Dan Ward....I am a General Contractor..... I have 40 yrs.in the construction business.... I have had many different storage properties over my career. Rock Creek Storage has been the most professional and responsive storage facility I have ever had... Storage facilities range greatly as far as management , pricing and conditions. But here at Rock Creek storage , North Auburn everything is consistent and Megan Walker the manager runs a very reliable professional storage facility. She's both stern about rules and understanding about the tenants needs . I have had many storage units as I said... But this place has been "by far" been the "Best" in all ways. Dan Ward.

I visited Public Storage today and had the chance to work with Cheryl, and she was genuinely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took me on a thorough tour of the spaces, walked me through the pros and cons of different options, and answered a long list of questions without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was. She didn’t just try to sell me a unit. She listened to what I needed, gave honest recommendations, and helped me picture what would work best for my situation. I came in debating between this location and another storage place closer to home, and I was leaning toward the other one. After spending time with Cheryl, that completely changed. Her customer service was the kind you don’t come across often anymore. Because of her care, professionalism, and attention to detail, I’m choosing this location with total confidence. Cheryl is a huge credit to Public Storage, and if you’re coming in to look at units, I hope you get to work with her.

I’ve had my trailer here for a while and during the last huge storm, I haven’t had time to go check on it. Cheryl called and said she did a walk through and all looks good except for a tire cover that isn’t on the tire anymore. I didn’t even have to call and ask. They gave me peace of mind during the busy holiday season!
