⭐ 1-Star Review The Roseville location of this storage company has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Their conduct is unacceptable, and people deserve to be warned. I have only rented here for three months. During that time, I experienced a major hardship, including a death in my immediate family, which caused me to fall a couple of weeks behind on rent. Instead of offering even basic understanding, the manager chose to more than double my rent and pile on excessive fees. Their treatment was harsh, unnecessary, and clearly designed to take advantage of people during vulnerable moments. Because of their predatory actions, I was forced to pay over $500 just to get my account up to date, despite being only a short time behind. On top of that, every single time we come to the property, we are bothered and harassed by staff, making an already stressful situation even worse. The manager at the Roseville location has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic decency. Their behavior is hostile, unreasonable, and deeply inappropriate for someone in their position. I strongly advise anyone considering this facility to stay away from the Roseville location. They make customers’ lives harder, not easier, and their practices are nothing short of predatory.

Only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. This place is a scam and a rip off. When we went to do an initial walk through my husband and I inquired about the safety and security of the facility. We had our unit for six weeks before someone went in and broke in destroying and stealing over $15,000 worth of property. The cameras set up for servailance were worthless. The insurance we paid for through the company seem to be a shadow company. There is no number you can reach to get in touch with them regarding claims filed and there is no one that can assist in the matter either. Have now been notified that this storage facility is hit by thrives on a regular basis. Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else!
