She took the time to answer all my questions and never guessed when she didn't know something. Instead she researched it and followed up with me right away. She made sure I had exactly what I was looking for out of a storage unit. She took the time to research sizes and was very personable and humble throughout the entire process. Elizabeth is great at what she does and it truly shows. Thank you for such a great experience.

Got my storage today & it was a super smooth and easy process. Chris helped me out. He was very professional and kind. I am very pregnant and I was able to sit down for the signing process and he brought the tablet over to me to finalize everything. He also walked me out to the gate to verify my code and app worked. Kevin has also been very helpful in reserving the right size unit for me. Mitchell initially helped me and was so kind and was the one that contacted me as soon as the right size storage became available. Overall great experience a great communication from the team here! Storage is super clean and we are looking forward to storage our items here.

Needed some extra space and live nearby, so started an online rental with CubeSmart. Before completing it, I spoke with Chris, who proactively reached out to answer my questions and tell me more about the new facility. I’ve since rented my unit and am very happy with it.
