Don’t rent here. They have horrible camera coverage no security, and my $30,000 RV was completely destroyed. And they are offering no help other than to tell me to file a police report and an insurance claim and they will speak to those people when they call. I went to check on it today. All of my gear is missing all of the bedding and all of the supplies I had inside are stolen and it is incredibly clear that someone is living out of my RV in the storage lot. Security gate is broken and standing open. I might as well keep updating as I go. The onsite manager was polite and professional. No complaints about him he did his job. I tried to call customer service, the rep said the only thing she could do is put in a callback request and the regional manager Rodney Honrada would call me back Monday or Tuesday (is Saturday). Last time I tried to call a regional manager I was completely ghosted. She gave me the “contact” number he had listed but it goes to a generic voicemail. I left a message with him, so we will see I guess. I will update further. Police report filed and insurance claim made. I got their auto responder to this review. I reached out, let's see if they respond. Adding photos 1/6/2026 It has been the promised 48 hours and no call from the district manager as previously promised. I will follow up tomorrow with another call. Probably fruitless, but we have to jump through the hoops. 1/10/2026 update Still no contact. Called customer service today. I spoke to a Jennifer. She was very kind and very understanding. she tried to call the district manager directly and to the surprise of absolutely no one he didn’t answer. She made sure my file had all the current information. Put in a request to for the district manager to call me. Said it would be 24 hours. We’ll see. Informed me that if I didn’t receive said call to call back tomorrow and it would be escalated to the district vice president. I will be driving by today to see if the gate is fixed yet.

Its not safe. Someone broke in all trailers. People walking in and out without code. Update: They dont even respond, to the mail i sent them twice. Update 2: since the break in someone has lived in our trailer, smoked cigarettes and vandalised the trailer. Update 3: They did not respond to any email i sent to them. Its the worst customer service that i have experienced.

My Aunt has a unit at the Florin Rd location and needed some help. The property manager there Hirad was really patient and reassuring with her, he made sure she was supported and actually took the time and patience to help her understand everything which she was really appreciative for.
