Sarah in the office is the best and extremely accommodating and kind, she made the move so so easy and I have been grateful.. and the storage spot is extremely low in car traffic for Scottsdale, which is a blessing! Clean, quiet, and safe area, and the staff responds so quickly any time I have called or had ANY questions. They seem like very real people who actually care & very down to earth. Grateful to have found them bs storage I have used in the past. Good company, easy to use app to pay and find my account info, website info, storage and gate access info, all in one place, , as well as storage site phone/address/office hours/access hours listed, was easy to update my card, there is auto pay for a little cheaper price, nothing seems difficult and the sign up was literally straight forward and I didn’t feel like I was signing my life away for a contract. Very low monthly payments as well. Highly recommended, these guys are a GREAT company.
