The whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this helpful and genuine. Highly recommend asking for them if you need assistance!

Easy to sign up.the in store staff are very helpful. My one issue is with the call center, I had 2 unhelful people before I got the third helpful person... Overall very good in terms of payment and grace periods as far as storage units go.

Very helpful and friendly! Waited on me during her lunch break, untill everything was completed! And the first month was Free - only paid for insurance and fees. Full rental rate will begin with my second month - they can not be BEAT!!!
