CubeSmart Self Storage

I had an excellent experience at CubeSmart thanks to Brandon and Dana! Brandon was extremely nice, supportive, and always available throughout my entire storage rental process — and even after. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood everything clearly, and genuinely cared about making the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of customer service. Dana was just as impressive — very professional, patient, and attentive. The communication was always clear and timely, and she made sure everything was handled efficiently. You can really tell they both take pride in their work and care about their customers. I highly recommend this location because of their care, patience, and outstanding communication. If you’re looking for a storage company with a team that truly supports you, CubeSmart is the place to go!

It is nice when you call a company and the person that answers the phone listen to what you have to say without interrupting you, does not have an accent and is a pleasure to talk to. The person in this case is a gentleman by the name of Brandon. I made a reservation for a 10 X 10 unit. I was going to have it on the 9th of the month, but do to circumstances that I could not control I needed the unit today the 3rd instead Brandon immediately said to me that will not be a problem we can have this unit for you today. When we arrived at the storage facility to our amazement we found parking adequate to bring the car with a trailer on board and lined it up not having to scrunch it into a space that wouldn't fit, that in itself was amazing. The facility itself with regard to the building, there was a nice paint job, the parking lot was fully paved, with no pot holes, parking slots we're well painted and the landscaping was well trimmed, green and planted nicely. Other storage units that we have rented in the past, would not have even come close to this one. I GIVE THIS STORAGE FACILITY A FIVE STAR RATING. WELL DONE.

I just got a unit here after looking online, I was able to reserve it online and they have great 1st month discounts and great intro rates (clearly marked up in the contract). Clean facilities, easy to get around, they had a nice staff, Oly was very helpful getting me through my reservation and securing my unit. Thanks
