CubeSmart Self Storage

Joey was amazing today. He went above and beyond. I was down to the last tote to move over to our bigger storage unit. He offered to load it up and met me at the other storage unit and unloaded it. I really appreciate the help as my partner was still about 15 minutes away. I was able to finish up and get back home sooner. Thank you Joey, just that little bit of help made my day!

The lot is always kept clean and Joey is friendly and pleasant to deal with. He's very informative and helpful with any issues that crop up and promptly takes care of the various maintenance issues that arise from time to time. The lack of a fifth star here is due to the yearly rent increases far beyond inflation: we stable long-term renters deserve discounts, not penalties!

Steve was very helpful with getting us checked in. He explained everything and was courteous and easy to talk to. Steve also shared using the app. to make entering the site easier. We are pleased with our storage space and the security around Cube Smart.
