CubeSmart Self Storage

I’ve had only great experiences renting a storage unit at CubeSmart! I picked out a space online to reserve it, but I also gave the business number a call and spoke with a real person to get a couple questions answered. It was helpful to talk to someone briefly and precede to reserve a different unit based on my storage needs and not just the price of the units. When I went to the location I’m renting at, a gentleman named Steve provided excellent assistance!! I was able to lock in on the best unit for my needs and budget!! I found the website user friendly, costumer service over the phone to be helpful and efficient, and the costumer care I have received in person at the CubeSmart at 2424 N Oracle Rd, in Tucson has been great. On top of all of that, the manager at my CubeSmart, Jesus, is a gentleman who goes above and beyond. He’s friendly, helpful and invested in customers having a positive experience storing and accessing our belongings. These qualities are much appreciated, especially since storing stuff can be tied to stressful situations. All around positive experience at CubeSmart. Thanks!!

My interaction with Jesus and his co-worker here at the Oracle Rd locationwas very pleasant, courteous and professional when I walked into their office to make the final adjustments to my unit . Jesus was very polite and engaged in humorous conversation and was very pleasant to be around (he offered to drive me to my unit and the conversation going there was nothing but laughs. Your team made a very wise choice when they chose Jesus to join your group, he is definitely a people person and holds customer service to the highest standards, as do I. With outstanding customer service skills that Jesus possesses, he will go far in your company, he will make an outstanding leader someday . I will definitely come back as a customer in the future.
