She always keeps clear communication, especially when it’s time to handle payments, which really helps me because I tend to forget sometimes. She’s very driven, patient, and makes sure everything is explained and taken care of the right way. I really appreciate her customer service and the way she looks out for her customers. Very clean! Karen was great at showing us our space options and the process of signing the lease went very smoothly. Both Karen and Jake are extremely pleasant and helpful. Love that there are plenty of carts. Have been there several times and there has always been at least one available. The only thing we wish was better was the lighting. Brighter lights would help us to see farther back in the narrower longer spaces. (Belveder Road location)
