Cubicle Sweet Cubicle

My husband and I rented 2 units, one on one side of the facility and one on the other side, for a short 2 months as we were selling and moving to a new home. One of the units I have no complaints about, everything was perfect! The other unit on the other hand became infested with roaches within less than a month after finding the first one. When I first saw them I contacted the facility immediately in which they told me "the entire building has been sprayed so you shouldn't see them any longer". The next week we went to check on the status of the unit and the roaches had multiplied so I again called the facility to let them know. This time they sounded more concerned and stated they were going to have the building sprayed again and put bait in out unit. The week after that we started moving our things out and notice that there were several dead roaches and assumed the treatment they were doing was working but as we moved more and more of our items out, there were more and more alive and dead roaches. They never once apologized for the situation, offered a discount or month free, or offered to refund the money already spent. Then when I called to let them know that we had moved out of the facility, I never said anything about the roaches because that never got me anywhere to begin with but asked about receiving money back for the days that we had already paid for but didn't use since we left mid month and had already paid for the entire month which I was told that it's not prorated.

Best place around. Very Clean. It is self served with 24hr access. I called with a question and call was return promptly. I highly recommend!

So far so good! 👍 The sign-up process was very simple and I like that they offer insurance on the spot at very reasonable rates. The unloading/loading bay is a fantastic feature, and helps with feeling more secure. Facility is very clean and modern, with good music overhead.
