Cypress Kenmore Storage

I highly recommend that you DO NOT store your items here. I spent an entire weekend moving my belongings into a unit (rented a van, hours and hours of two people's time) and when I went back a week later, there was a large puddle in the unit and some of my things were damaged. (see photos attached of water frozen to bottom of shelves) I had to take off work and pay a mover $315 to relocate my items to avoid further damage. The company refused to take any responsibility and referred me to the (required) insurance company, who denied my claim because water damage is not covered. Ownership informed me that they'd have a rebuttal for my negative Google review, but I have to ask, why would I waste so much time and money to relocate my things to another storage unit? Why would anyone do that, for fun? This is the REALITY of what happened, regardless of what their response to this review is. I'm only glad I found the puddle after one week, not after a year of storing my things and paying hundreds-thousands of dollars to have it all ruined. I just hope you don't go through what I did, take your things elsewhere.

Very family Oriented Business. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us. They care about your property being taken care of. The facilities are clean & very secure, with 24/7 cameras. Definitely will use them again!

I and my mother both have been using the Cypress Ellet Storage Location for years and never regretted it yet! Any problems the staff members are quick courteous and kind to solve any issues that may arise! Highly recommended facility especially climate controlled storage units they offer.
