When inquiring about a covered vehicle parking unit, my husband and I were informed it was a fully fenced, secure area accessible with a gate code and with surveillance. Upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon, the back gate was completely open without staff or anyone present. There may be a single camera in the parking area if that. The parking area appears abandoned. It is the kind of place you feel of you leave your vehicle, anyone could come swipe whatever they please from it without fear of getting caught. The staff was friendly over the phone, but they definitely exaggerated the safety and security of the space especially for the price. The storage units may be better, but I would not recommend for covered parking.

I must say that I have never been to a business where I received such amazing customer service as I did with Mrs. Annette. She is the sweetest, most courteous and helpful person that I have ever encountered in a business transaction. Thanks Mrs. Annette , you're awesome!

This place has both climate controlled and non climate controlled storage units. The prices are more than fair, and they are wonderful at working with you in several different ways. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for long or short term storage.
