Darrel’s holds itself out as a community conscious company but this location has proven that the company is mostly engaged in shoddy build outs for quick cash grabs. This location was built in the middle of a beautification project in Clovis. Local communities include high income private communities. Darrell came in and quickly constructed its monstrosity of a storage location with unfinished exterior paint and unfinished landscape outside the facility. It looks like a dump and is affecting local property value. Our neighbors attempts at getting this company to simply finish at least some low cost landscape has fallen on deaf ears. We are met with “it’ll happen soon” for two years now. Truly disappointed that this facility was put up so close to our homes. Shame on Darrell and the entire company. If you’re going to open a facility then do it right and finish one project before jumping into the dozens of unfinished projects all over town. You’re doing nothing but hurting the community.

Very helpful in getting the right size storage size for our needs. Very clean facility easy access to our storage area.

The customer service was very good and the facility still looks new. Renting for a quarter of what other facilities cost helps a lot.
