Love everything about this place. Super organized and clean! But Edgar wast the best part of the process. Super nice, gave me a tour and helped me through the paper work! 10 out of 10!!

UPDATED REVIEW: This is my second review after using Dino's Storage in Little Bohemia for the past 4 months, and I continue to be impressed with their service! Cindy has been an amazing advisor throughout, always ensuring that my experience is smooth and worry-free. I live out of town and was initially concerned about leaving my belongings in the unit, especially with the downtown location and nearby gas station. But every time I return to check on my unit, everything is exactly as I left it. Recently, I had an issue with my payment when I switched cards and wasn't re-enrolled in auto payments, which caused me to miss a month and incur a late fee. Cindy quickly called to inform me of the situation and helped me resolve it. I reached out to corporate and submitted an appeal, and the associate I spoke with was so kind and understanding. I was amazed at how fast they turned it around—less than 48 hours! Cindy followed up the next day to let me know that my appeal was approved, the charge was removed, and I was re-enrolled in auto payments. Such a relief! The professionalism and dedication of the team, especially Cindy, have made my experience stress-free. I would highly recommend Dino’s Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. _________________________________ I chose Dino's Storage because of its great reviews and the positive reputation of the late owner. My experience began with Cindy, who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly over the phone. I was pleasantly surprised to know there are units above ground and on a second level as when passing Dino’s on 13th, it may seem otherwise at first glance. I initially signed my lease before viewing the unit, which I wouldn’t recommend. It's important to view the unit first to ensure it meets your needs. I had a 26ft box truck, and it was challenging to maneuver due to another customer’s parked car. Cindy was very reasonable and quickly found a solution, moving me to a unit with easier access. Despite the pouring rain and severe weather, I was able to move my things swiftly using their moving equipment. The new unit Cindy suggested has a built-in block that allows for better organization. The prices at Dino's are affordable, and the entire process is straightforward and can be completed online. This is my first week at Dino's, and I am relieved to have found storage in my neighborhood that is walkable and well-managed. Cindy's personal touch and familiarity with all the customers are truly appreciated.
