Dollar Self Storage

I love this place. I have been a customer here since they opened. In the recent years they changed their management. But all of the staff they have ever employed have always been very good people. Always helpful in guiding me to pick the best storage/space option available at the time. Recently I came in to move to a smaller unit and Derrick has been helping me. He has given me some sound advice. Today I signed a new contract for my new storage unit and I am very happy with my decision. Thanks Derrick for helping me sort all of the nuances on upgrading my storage unit.

This location is amazing! And the staff even better! I already have one storage here and needed a second as close to it as possible. I came in and Derrick was immediately there to help me! He’s so amazing! I couldn’t visualize the sizes that were available so he kindly walked me through every size option! Omg he was such a huge help!! Thank you so much for everything:)

The staff here are nice, the units are clean and secure, but their pricing policies are a deterrent for long-term storage. I have two units, and my rates have increased 45% from my initial monthly rates ($105 increase). They increase rates every 4-6 months, it seems. They also recently stopped allowing current customers to utilize their promotions. Although I appreciate the staff’s friendliness and cleanliness of the facility, I don’t think I would recommend storing here if planning to do so for long periods of time. Also, the elevators break fairly often, and I’ve encountered an issue where I had a carload of stuff to store only to find out I could not access my unit.
