Customer service started out great over the phone and went into the office same day to view the unit and the facility was nice and clean. The front desk ladies Andrea and Kaprice were absolutely wonderful. Also this facility is less than 2 miles from my house. All good so far.

Kaprice was extraordinary! She walked me through the paperwork step by step i literally had ZERO questions after how crazy is that ! my storage unit is spacious and she insures me that there’s constant maintenance on every single unit and sprayed for any critters, during my walk through every single hallway was spotless and she knew that place like that back of her hand! definitely worth doing my research , this facility is the best one in town! Thank you Kaprice for all the hard work you do !

Kaprice was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain all the security features provided, which gave me great peace of mind. Her friendly and welcoming personality made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free.
