Receive the email about my appointment arrived to the facilities. Customer service was excellent. All my questions was answered Tour storage I was going to rent manager made sure that I got a store close to the elevator. Due to the fact I just had a full knee replacement. The application went smoothly. She explained to me everything that I needed to know the gate code how to get in how to move around and what door to go in. There was closer to my storage. The transaction went smooth. I highly recommend that you continue to keep her own board.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Extra Space Storage. The store rep, Robert, was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. He was extremely, professional during my tour of property & the units that were available. He took the time to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. No fine print, no nonsense. I’ve had storage units with CubeSmart & Public Storage in the past, but I can say that I am much happier with the services at Extra! His level of customer service truly stood out and made a big difference for me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers — I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage. We haven’t had any issues with our storage unit here. We got ours in April 2024 when we moved from CA and were able to take advantage of a great website deal. The hallways are always clean and well-maintained. Rob was especially helpful when we experienced a rent increase—he was very accommodating and understanding, especially since money is tight and costs are rising everywhere. We truly appreciated his assistance in keeping our monthly rent comparable. Overall, a great experience so far.
