I called today with questions regarding the update of my auto pay info into your new processing system. I spoke with Giselle and she was very helpful and courteous. Thank you for making the transition easy.

Giselle helped me out today, we had a bit of signal issues but aside from that she was kind and helpful. We made a bit of conversation regarding my cat meowing in the background. Giselle was very pleasant to talk to.
