The storage unit was clean and convenient. The adjacent underpass had some homeless tents, but the place is kept clean and secured by razor wire and employees. The restroom was always clean and when the gate broke, the staff was guarding the gate in his truck. They have two locations. The one nearer the school on the west side had some issues around time school lets out with congestion, but that is the only negative thing I can say, that really isn’t their fault. Maybe a bigger sign warning not to block the driveway would help.

Clean and friendly staff. Entrance can be a hassle to get in and out during rush hour times. Other than that facility is accessible and the hours of operation are great. Thank you!

Purchased a 2020 Mini Countryman at this dealership. IRAK was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable. He was very personable and far from the stereotypical salesman. No pressure. The transaction was seamless from sale, finance, to being handed the keys. I had racing stripes added to the bonnet so o couldn’t get the car until the next day. IRAK got management to hire an UBER to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. Now that’s customer service!
