Eagle Mountain Storage

Don't trust uhaul to have your reservation set though the ap. Kirk with Eagle Mountain Storage did a great job getting me setup in spite of uhaul. Uhaul's ap was down, I called uhaul and they just told me there was nothing they could do. Thanks to Kirk i wasonly an hour late, with people standing around. The rating is for Eagle Mt. Storage. Zero stars are for uhaul.

Very impressed. Clean, well taken care of, very good rates, an owner who genuinely cares about people & doesn’t raise rates whenever they want like other storage companies, & easy access. Added perk is the ability to rent U-Hauls. We plan to be here a long while.

I rented a trailer. The person at the desk really didnt seem to care that they charged me double for the trailer (charge was from Uhaul but she processed it there at her computer) She said I would have to call Uhaul. Maybe there is nothing she could have done, but she was very robotic and repetitive about it and really didn't seem to care. Other places around that are also storage units that rent Uhaul have been able to do price adjustments for me. This is also the only one I have ever been to that didn't check to see that you had the electrical connection etc.
