Ellis Self Storage

The manager Jennifer(Turlock Ca) is awesome and facilities are kept clean. Main reason for the low rating is their broken website in making online payments. I questioned this 5-6 months ago and asked Jennifer about it. She identified she's aware of it and submitted this complaint about their website issue to the owner/property management. So here i am this many months forward and I'm still unable to make my monthly payment on their website. Seriously i understand the IT field and it doesn't take this long to fix a website issue. Especially when your business has had several complaints from your tenants. I find it unfortunate that the owner/property management company of the Turlock and Oakdale Ca facilities have not taken this customer complaint seriously.

Employees were very polite and informative. The place was clean. Great specials I think the smaller units are a bit pricey. Would recommend an Ellis Storage. .

Excellent customer service. The units are clean. We loved the move in price. And Rosa really helped us get the right unit for our moving needs.
