Wish I could give less than one star! Worst storage ever!!! Way overpriced and will charge your account duplicate times but yet not want to refund you your money!!! Sure quick to take a payment or add a late fee but can’t give back funds that are owed and you have shown proof of on a bank statement! I’ve given my business to this place for well over a year and this is how they repay their customers. POS owner and company what a joke

This is a great place to store your items because of the manager John. Anytime I needed something or wanted my account checked, John got me the information I was looking for right away. When I was at my unit, I saw him going around the property picking up trash. He noticed I had some broken glass in my unit and asked if he could sweep it up for me. I said I’d really appreciate it, and he went ahead and took care of it. Then kept going around the property cleaning up. That was very kind of him to take the time to stop, noticed the broken glass, and offered to help without me even asking. That’s awesome. That’s the kind of service you can expect here, and it’s why I definitely recommend storing your items here. John is a great manager!

Pros: Close by me, friendly & helpful staff, reasonable rates for the first 3 months, if you do the paperwork online. The intro price was good, only $47, but doubled at month 4. We were done with the unit at month 4 so no big deal, but $95 ? The garage door let water in upon raining soaking some boxes. I cleaned out the unit and it was cleaner than I found it. Still, close by and if you can get out by the end of the 3rd month good deal.
